Soft materials. Perfect for living room area
Rug was delivered, looks nothing like the picture, I emailed wildyarn to ask whether they accidentally sent the wrong colour, no reply, no phone number to call. 2 weeks later I get this email asking to review it! Well your customer service sucks!! I do not recommend at all based on their 0% care factor for customers.
The Loren Almon 01 Natural Wool Rug is just beautiful. It compliments our rustic furniture and oatmeal tones in the lounge room perfectly. All the rugs that I have purchased from Wild Yarn are of excellent quality, amazingly well priced and ooze with style. The Loren Almon rug is no exception.

I was a bit nervous buying a rug online but the team were helpful with suggestions on my space. It's super soft and thick. Looks very luscious in my living room. Unfortunately already had a few accidents on it with food spilled and cat vomit. I just used vinegar and bicarb and so easy to clean.
The rug still hasn’t arrived. I wonder if you could check where it may be. I understand deliveries are delayed with Christmas but I had an email to say it was on it’s way about a week ago. Thanks … Christine Lawson
