Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to offer a refund or credit note for any full priced items purchased on this website. Returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Items must have been purchased at full price, or during a sales or promotional period.
- $29.99 minimum return shipping fee* per item. Return shipping fee can be SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER. Please contact us for costings.
- All items purchased from the Sale section are final and cannot be returned.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the order being delivered.
- The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Wild Yarn, and any shipping costs will be deducted from the return.
- We cannot be responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels and boxing intact and unspoilt.
Simply email customer service on hello@wildyarn.com.au to lodge your returns request*. Once approved, you will be contact you with further instructions, Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
*Please note, all returns requests are subject to our final approval. We do charge a $29 restocking fee on all returns. This will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be received back to our warehouse. Once received, processing can take up to 5 business days before your refund is issued by our team.
Returning Sale Category Items
Products purchased from the Sale section of our website are final and cannot be returned. If you have any questions about our Sale category products, it is recommended that you contact us prior to finalising your purchase.
Faulty & Damaged Items
In the unfortunate case that you have received an item that you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team within 48hrs of the goods being delivered at hello@wildyarn.com.au and advise us on how we can assist you. Please provide a brief summary of the issue and please provide photos showing the issue if possible.
- Faulty items will be assessed by our team and we will repair, replace or refund on a case-by-case basis.
- We follow ACCC guidelines and reserve the right to repair an item if possible.
- Items that are deemed to be faulty and cannot be repaired will be refunded or replaced.
If you have received an item that has been damaged in transit, please email our Customer Service team at hello@wildyarn.com.au within 48 hours of the goods being delivered. Please provide photos that clearly shows the damage.
