Returns Policy – Free Picnic Rug Promotion
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied with your rug, here's how returns work when you've received a free picnic rug as part of our promotion:
1. Returning Your Rug with the Free Picnic Rug
If you decide to return your rug and wish to also return the free picnic rug, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase (minus any applicable shipping fees) as long as both items are returned in their original, unused condition.
2. Returning Your Rug, Keeping the Free Picnic Rug
If you choose to return your rug but would like to keep the free picnic rug, the value of the picnic rug will be deducted from your refund. The picnic rug’s value is $199, and this amount will be subtracted from your total refund.
3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items, including the picnic rug (if returned), must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are returned damaged or used.
